Privacy overview

This is a starter notice and must be reviewed and completed for your business before launch.

Information stored

ParkEezy stores account name, email, phone number, account type, PIN code, city and state; space addresses and descriptions; booking dates, status and messages; and technical session information needed to sign in securely.

Why it is used

Information is used to create accounts, show eligible listings, process booking requests, let drivers and providers coordinate, prevent misuse, and operate the service.

Who can see details

Space providers can see contact information for drivers who request their spaces, and drivers can see provider contact details for spaces they request. Public search displays listing information only. Avoid including sensitive personal details in listing descriptions.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as password hashes. No website can promise absolute security. The operator should restrict database access, maintain backups, define retention and deletion procedures, and respond to privacy requests.
