Marketplace role

ParkEezy helps drivers discover privately listed parking spaces and send booking requests. A request is not confirmed until the provider accepts it. This version does not collect payment or guarantee availability.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must have authority to list the space, give accurate access and vehicle-fit details, honour accepted bookings, and comply with property, building, apartment-association, municipal, and other applicable rules.

Driver responsibilities

Drivers must provide accurate information, use the space only for the agreed purpose and period, follow access instructions, and comply with parking and property rules.

Price, payment and cancellation

The default displayed rate is ₹1,200 per space per month, subject to the listing shown. Payments, deposits, refunds, tax handling, commissions and payouts are not implemented in this website version. Do not accept money through this site until payment and refund terms have been implemented and reviewed.

Safety, disputes and liability

The operator should define responsibility for access, damage, theft, insurance, cancellation, dispute handling, prohibited uses, service availability, and limitation of liability before launch.
